Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care including assessment, planning, medication administration, and procedures.
• Coordinate on-site and community-based services to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide patient education and act as a resource for staff. Advocate for patient care needs within the correctional setting.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
• Coordinate nursing care activities and manage unit operations when needed.
