Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted RN license in Oklahoma.
• Current CPR certification.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing care.
• Collect and document patient health status and medical history.
• Assess patient status and respond, with accurate documentation.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and document findings.
• Maintain open communication with patients, staff and physicians.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and follow procedures.
• Provide direct patient care under supervision.
