Qualifications

• Valid Oregon Registered Professional Nurse license at appointment.
• Preference given to candidates with an unencumbered license.
• CJIS background check and related requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care including assessment, planning, medication administration, and procedures.
• Coordinate patient health services on-site and with community-based resources.
