Qualifications

• ASN required at time of hire
• BSN preferred

• Current Florida RN Licensure
• Certification preferred at hire; required within 2 years of hire

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and concerns
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based practices
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes
• Engage patients and families as active participants in care planning
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality
• Delegate and supervise care by LPNs and UAP
• Promote a positive unit culture and collaborative environment
• Uphold standards of patient advocacy, safety, and clinical excellence
