Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an ASN with mandatory Florida RN licensure; a BSN is preferred, and RNs without a BSN must obtain one within 3 years of hire. Certification is encouraged and supported within the organization.

Qualifications

• ASN required at time of hire.
• BSN preferred.
• RNs hired without a BSN must obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire.
• Current Florida RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and identify health concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based practices.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Engage patients and families as active participants in care planning.
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality.
• Delegate and supervise care provided by LPNs and UAP.
• Promote a collaborative unit culture and professional nursing practice.
