Job summary

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, tackling the $1 trillion admin burden and enabling automated revenue workflows across providers. You will join the Autonomous Revenue Operations team to turn manual financial processes into auditable, autonomous systems and scalable rule engines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 2+ years of professional software development industry experience.
• Proficiency in frontend languages like TypeScript and React.
• Proficiency in backend languages like Python or Go.
• Experience including but not limited to Git, GCP / AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational DBs, and monitoring/alerting tools.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and making successful architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM-powered automation that fixes a denied claim with evals, dry runs, and audit trails.
• Design guardrails for safe automation, including identity guards and guardrails for payer-types.
• Scale a rule engine for high-volume, configurable conditions and actions.
• Develop dashboards to monitor automation performance and failure rates.
• Generate automatic appeal letters and medical-record packets with validation scoring.
• Deliver a unified automations console to manage all rules across the stack.
• Contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform with architectural improvements.
• Build end-to-end products to transform revenue cycle management for providers and admins.
• Take ownership of end-to-end integration workflows from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and healthcare teams to gather requirements.
• Mentor engineers and uphold best practices through code reviews and architecture.
