BrightSpring Health Services’ Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for Colorado Springs. You will provide functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings, developing treatment plans and coordinating with families and care teams.

The role emphasizes autonomous work within a collaborative therapy team, with growth opportunities, paid hourly compensation, and travel reimbursement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of one year of PT experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with patient transfers.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing meetings with families.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs/results to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
