Job summary

Iconic Care is seeking a dedicated physiatrist to deliver advanced rehabilitation medicine across multiple skilled nursing facilities in the Federal Way area. You will manage 27–30 patients daily, with autonomy to shape care plans in collaboration with facility teams.

The role offers a 5-day workweek with no nights or on-call shifts, competitive production-based pay starting at $155,000+ per year, and a robust benefits package including malpractice coverage and renewal allowances.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unrestricted PA or NP license.
• DEA license or willingness to obtain DEA licensure is required.
• Familiarity with EHR charting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Round at 1–3 facilities, 1–3 days per week per location.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with primary care teams to optimize therapy participation.
• Provide injections, dry needling, and medication management as needed.
• Serve as the sole on-site physiatrist with autonomy, collaborating with a clinical team when needed.
• Coordinate care and refer to other specialties as appropriate.
