Iconic Care is seeking a on-site physiatrist to round at multiple facilities in Washington, managing 27–30 patients daily with autonomy and a supportive clinical team. The role requires performing assessments and delivering injections and therapies to improve rehabilitation outcomes.

License requirements include an active PA/NP license and DEA licensure. The position offers a competitive salary, a 5‑day workweek, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unrestricted PA or NP license.
• DEA license or willing to obtain.
• Nursing home and/or physiatry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfort with peripheral joint injections (knees, shoulders, hips).
• Autonomous care passion and patient-focused approach.
• Strong communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with EHR charting.

Aufgaben

• Perform focused assessments and develop treatment plans with facility teams.
• Provide joint injections, Botox, dry needling, and meds as needed.
• Be the sole on-site physiatrist with autonomous practice and team support.
• Coordinate care and refer to other specialties when appropriate.
• Maintain a patient load of 27–30 per day and drive rehab outcomes.
