You will round at 1–3 skilled nursing facilities, managing 27–30 patients daily, with joint injections and rehab-focused interventions as needed. A DEA license and PA/NP licensure are required, with benefits and competitive salary offered.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unrestricted PA or NP license.
• DEA license or willing to obtain.
• Nursing home and/or physiatry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfort performing peripheral joint injections (knees, shoulders, hips).
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with EHR charting.

Aufgaben

• Rounding at multiple facilities 1–3 days per week per location to deliver physiatry care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with facility teams to maximize therapy participation.
• Provide interventions such as joint injections, Botox, dry needling, and medication management.
• Serve as the sole on-site physiatrist with autonomy, seeking consultation as needed.
• Coordinate care and referral to other specialties when needed.
