Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Chico, CA is seeking a NP/PA PM&R clinician to provide specialized Physiatry services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration with PT/OT/SLP, and leadership within the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Post-acute or SNF experience preferred.
• California NP/PA licensure required.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• 40 hours/week, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services in a rehab setting.
• Lead and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Support management of SNF conditions (CVA, neurodegenerative, postoperative cases).
• Coordinate with therapy teams to improve patient function.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy with internal medicine.
