Job summary

Iconic Care is seeking a full-time physiatrist to oversee care across multiple skilled nursing facilities. You will deliver specialized physiatry services to 25+ patients daily, with autonomy in treatment plans and a collaborative support team nearby.

Relocation to Redding, CA is required with generous relocation packages. The role offers flexible 5-day workweek, no nights, and production-based compensation starting around $175,000+ with potential to $260,000+.

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted PA or NP license.
DEA licensed or willing to obtain DEA licensure.
Nursing home and/or physiatry experience is a plus, but not required.
Comfort and interest in performing peripheral joint injections (knees, shoulders, hips).
A genuine passion for providing professional, personalized care in an autonomous environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with EHR charting

Responsibilities

Round at 1–3 SNFs or rehab centers, 1–3 days per week at each location.
Deliver specialized physiatry care to 25+ patients per day.
Perform focused assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide interventions such as joint injections, Botox, dry needling, and medication management.
Be the sole physiatrist on-site with autonomy and support from a clinical team.
Coordinate care and refer to other specialties as needed.
