Job summary

Iconic Care is seeking a full-time physiatrist to provide autonomous care across skilled nursing facilities in California. You will round at multiple sites, manage 23–25 patient visits daily after ramp-up, and perform injections and rehab-focused interventions.

Relocation is offered; competitive production-based compensation with potential up to $260,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package. No nights or on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted PA or NP license.
• DEA license required or willing to obtain.
• Ability to practice autonomously within a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Rounding at multiple facilities with focused rehab physiatry care.
• Developing individualized treatment plans with primary care teams.
• Performing joint injections, Botox, dry needling, and meds management.
• On-site physician with autonomy and collaboration for consults.
