Iconic Care is seeking a licensed physiatrist to deliver autonomous, on-site care at contracted facilities in the Redding, CA area. The provider will round 1–3 facilities per week, treating 25+ patients daily and performing injections and rehab-focused interventions.

We offer flexible production-based compensation, relocation support, and a comprehensive benefits package. Start date within 4–6 weeks following credentialing, with a 5-day workweek and no nights or weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unrestricted PA or NP license.
• DEA license or willingness to obtain.
• Familiarity with EHR charting.
• Comfort with autonomous practice in multiple facilities.

Aufgaben

• Round at 1–3 Skilled Nursing Facilities or rehab centers, 1–3 days per week.
• Deliver physiatry care to 25+ patients daily.
• Perform joint injections, Botox, dry needling, and management of medications.
• Coordinate care and refer to other specialties as needed.
