Iconic Care is seeking a full-time physiatrist to join contracted facilities in Northern California. This role requires relocation to the Redding area and offers a production-based compensation starting at $175,000 per year, with potential to reach $260,000+, plus comprehensive benefits.

You will round at 1–3 SNFs, care for 25+ patients daily, perform joint injections and other interventions, and work autonomously with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unrestricted PA or NP license.
• DEA licensure in good standing.
• Experience in nursing home or physiatry preferred.
• Comfort with peripheral joint injections.
• Strong collaboration and communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with EHR charting.

Aufgaben

• Round at 1–3 SNFs or rehab centers, 1–3 days/week.
• Deliver physiatry care to 25+ patients daily.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with facility teams.
• Provide injections, Botox, dry needling, and meds as needed.
• Coordinate care and referrals beyond physiatry.
• Operate autonomously with clinical team support.
