Iconic Care in California is seeking a dedicated physiatrist to deliver rehabilitation-focused care across skilled nursing facilities. You will round at 1–3 sites, manage 25+ patients daily, and develop individualized plans with facility teams to improve participation in therapy.

The role offers strong autonomy, collaborative support, and a lucrative compensation package starting at $175,000 per year with potential to $260,000, plus full benefits and a flexible, weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted PA or NP license.
• DEA license or willingness to obtain DEA license.
• Nursing home and/or physiatry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfort with peripheral joint injections (knees, shoulders, hips).
• A passion for autonomous, patient-centered care with multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Familiarity with EHR charting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform focused assessments and create individualized treatment plans with facility teams.
• Provide targeted interventions such as joint injections, Botox, dry needling, and medication management.
• Serve as the sole physiatrist on-site with high autonomy and collaborative support as needed.
• Coordinate care and refer to other specialties when necessary.
