IconicCare is seeking a physiatrist to round at up to three Skilled Nursing Facilities or rehabilitation centers, delivering specialized care for 25+ patients daily. You will develop collaborative treatment plans and perform targeted interventions, including joint injections and Botox, with autonomy and a supportive team.

The role emphasizes independent practice, strong communication with multidisciplinary teams, and potential for a production-based compensation model.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted PA or NP license.
• DEA license or willingness to obtain DEA licensure.
• Nursing home and/or physiatry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfort with peripheral joint injections (knees, shoulders, hips).
• Passion for providing professional, personalized care in an autonomous environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with EHR charting.

Responsabilités

• Rounding at 1–3 Skilled Nursing Facilities or rehabilitation centers, 1–3 days per week at each location.
• Developing individualized treatment plans to improve therapy participation and functional recovery.
• Performing focused assessments and medication management including injections and Botox when needed.
• Coordinate care and refer to other specialties as required.
