Iconic Care is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to deliver orthopedic- and rehabilitation-focused physiatry across multiple facilities. The role emphasizes autonomy, direct impact on patient outcomes, and collaboration with facility teams.

You will manage 25+ patients daily, participate in non-night shifts, and enjoy a competitive salary with production bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted PA or NP license required.
• DEA license or willingness to obtain is required.
• Experience in nursing homes or physiatry is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Round at 1–3 skilled nursing facilities 1–3 days per week per location.
• Deliver physiatry care to 25+ patients daily to support therapy participation.
• Perform assessments and create treatment plans with facility teams.
• Provide injections, Botox, dry needling, and med management as needed.
• Coordinate care and refer to other specialties when appropriate.
