Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks an experienced Physician Assistant to join a clinical team in skilled nursing facilities. You will manage your own patient panel, build long-term relationships with patients and families, and provide primary and episodic care in a largely autonomous role.

You will see 16–20 patients daily, conduct wellness visits and H&Ps, and work with collaborating physicians and facility staff to maintain seamless care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PA with active, unrestricted license
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong independent clinical judgment in fast-paced settings
• Excellent communication with patients and families

Responsibilities

• See roughly 16–20 patients per day (long-term and acute care)
• Perform annual wellness visits and H&Ps; review meds and orders
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists and facility staff for seamless care
• Engage with families and join care conferences when appropriate
