Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services in Seattle seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist for our Home and Community Program. You will provide functional rehabilitation in real-life settings—home, school, work, and community—beyond the clinic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of OT experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological conditions (preferred).
• Effective communication in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations and education resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration and improve patient outcomes.
