You will lead a workforce of operators and dispatch personnel, handling on-road and remote operations, scheduling, and daily performance metrics.

• Experience planning and forecasting to meet client demands.
• Ability to manage and supervise a dispersed hourly workforce.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Transdev’s safety standards on and off the vehicle.
• Lead hourly workforce and oversee dispatch operations.
• Coordinate with client program managers and Transdev engineers.
• Respond to system emergencies and complete accident reports.
• Schedule and manage remote workforce to meet client requirements.
• Develop program work plans and prioritize daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with global process standards and continuous improvement.
