Job summary

HealthDrive Corporation is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to manage medical needs in sub-acute rehab and long-term care units. You will diagnose, treat, and promote health while collaborating with medical staff and administrators across buildings.

The APRN will lead exams, interpret labs, and oversee patient health, building strong relationships with facility teams and serving as the primary contact for emergencies and routine visits. Training programs and on-site services support success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or equivalent.
• State professional Nurse Practitioner license.
• Board Certification in a relevant specialty.
• DEA/Controlled Substance license.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and preventative care for residents in an assigned facility.
• Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.).
• Diagnose health conditions and illnesses.
• Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases.
• Prescribe medications.
• Maintain accurate records and schedules.
• Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications.
• Oversee patients’ overall health.
