Job summary
HealthDrive is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to manage the medical needs of skilled nursing residents across sub-acute rehab and long-term care units. You will diagnose, treat, and coordinate care, performing exams, interpreting labs, and serving as primary contact for emergencies and routine visits.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- State professional Nurse Practitioner license.
- Board Certification required.
- DEA/Controlled Substance license.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary, post-acute and preventative care for residents in assigned facilities.
- Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays).
- Diagnose health conditions and illnesses.
- Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases.
- Prescribe medications.
- Maintain accurate records and schedules.
- Inform patients about health conditions and prescribed medications.
- Oversee patients’ overall health.
