Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation, through Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one neuro rehab in home and community settings in MA. You will evaluate, plan, and implement functional programs to help patients regain mobility and independence.

The role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and local coverage. Applicants must hold a PT license, BLS/CPR, and prefer experience in neuro rehab; driving is local within the community.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification as required by state.
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; manual patient handling up to 100 pounds.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, and mobility.
• Health screen or exam may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness; participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and referrals.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve coordination of care and patient outcomes.
