Capitalbankmd seeks a Mortgage Branch Manager to oversee the origination of residential mortgage loans and manage the sales team. This is a remote position requiring strong leadership and customer service skills.

The ideal candidate should have over 3 years’ experience in mortgage loan origination and 2 years as a branch manager. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ work experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator.
• 2+ years’ experience acting in a Branch Manager capacity.
• Prior experience in a leadership role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Markets residential mortgage loan products to real estate agents and prospective homebuyers.
• Originates loan applications ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Leads, manages, and coaches a staff of MLO’s.
• Maintains high levels of customer service.
