Mutual of Omaha Mortgage seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead a remote Florida team. You will supervise sales, recruiting, and operations, while driving branch production and pipeline management. The role collaborates with executives and supports the corporate strategy.

Candidates should have a proven production history, strong FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA knowledge, and hands-on experience with Encompass and Velocify. Competitive compensation and extensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with proven production history.
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs.
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360).

Responsibilities

• Stay current on loan program guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC) and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to execute company goals and sales.
• Coordinate sales and operations team meetings aligned with objectives.
• Conduct trainings per industry and company updates.
• Track and improve employee performance including daily pipeline review.
• Meet all company sales goals.
• Recruit top mortgage professionals.
• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Calculate and submit employee commissions and payroll per guidelines.
