Job summary

Transdev North America is seeking a management-level candidate to lead daily operations in a dynamic, safety-first environment. You will coordinate dispatch, respond to incidents, and supervise frontline staff while aligning with client requirements and performance goals.

Ideal candidates bring a HS diploma or GED with leadership exposure; a Bachelor’s degree or degree in Engineering/Operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred or 2+ years of operations experience leading teams.
• Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards inside and outside the vehicle.
• Operate with safety as the primary goal.
• Lead and communicate with management, engineers, and the public.
• Respond to system emergencies; complete accident reports and customer complaints.
• Public/customer facing management of hourly workforce.
• Dispatch, respond, and troubleshoot on road operations.
• Plan and forecast to meet client demands.
• Translate TAS and client deliverables into daily performance.
