Job summary

Solidus Resources, LLC in Lovelock, NV is seeking a Maintenance Controller to oversee maintenance for the autonomous haulage fleet and mine equipment from the control room. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, plan repairs, and ensure timely return-to-service while liaising with Command Control and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities include scheduling, monitoring equipment status, approving AOZ access, and maintaining accurate logs.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma; a related degree is an asset.
3+ years in open-pit mining or autonomous operations.
Strong understanding of equipment maintenance protocols in mining.
Experience with fleet-management systems such as CAT MineStar or Modular.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.
Able to make complex decisions and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Manage maintenance scheduling to minimize downtime and risk.
Track and monitor the status of all mine equipment to identify maintenance needs.
Plan and approve safe AOZ access for maintenance work.
Monitor and update delay codes for mechanical or scheduled repairs.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to coordinate field responses.
Track return-to-service criteria and confirm equipment readiness.
Oversee fatigue alerts and coordinate mitigation efforts.
Monitor slope stability and TARPs, following procedures.
Document downtime reasons and elevate recurring failure patterns.
Maintain accurate equipment logs and turnover sheets for shift handovers.
