Job summary

Solidus Resources is seeking a Senior Maintenance Planner for our on-site Lovelock, NV mine. You will lead planning across mobile, electrical and fixed plant maintenance, establish standards, and mentor planners to ensure CMMS data integrity and high-quality job plans.

Work closely with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations and Supply Chain to schedule weekly to long-range work, including shutdowns and capital maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical diploma/degree in maintenance preferred.
• CMRP/CPMM or similar certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead site work management from identification through close-out.
• Establish planning standards and review job plans and schedules for quality and accuracy.
• Mentor Maintenance Planners and serve as CMMS expert with SAP guidance.
• Develop weekly, monthly and long-range schedules aligned with production priorities.
• Lead shutdown, outage and capital maintenance planning with resources and critical-path schedules.
• Coordinate requisitions and spare-parts availability with Procurement.
