Job summary

Solidus Resources, LLC is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor for our Lovelock, NV mine site. You will lead a hands-on maintenance team responsible for mobile equipment across drills, shovels, haul trucks, loaders, and related assets.

The role blends shop duties with field oversight to drive safety, reliability, and uptime. The position emphasizes leadership, MSHA compliance, and strong diagnostic skills in a fast-paced mining environment, with a pathway to developing second-in-command

Qualifications

Five+ years mobile equipment maintenance experience, preferably in open-pit mining.
3–5 years in lead/supervisor roles with leadership responsibilities.
Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical controls, and OEM troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Lead the mobile maintenance team during shifts with clear direction and coaching.
Oversee maintenance across the production and support fleet.
Maintain presence in shop and field to support staff and resolve issues.
Prioritize work and coordinate with maintenance control and other departments.
Manage KPIs, deliverables, and safety performance expectations.
Ensure MSHA compliance and proper lockout/tagout procedures.
Support autonomous operating-zone training within maintenance.
Maintain shift handovers, records, and communication.
Develop team members and identify potential second-in-command.
Guide troubleshooting without performing all repairs.
