Job summary

Solidus Resources, LLC in Nevada is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor for an autonomous gold mining operation at the Lovelock mine. The role leads the mobile maintenance team, guiding shop and field work, prioritizing safety, and driving KPIs across drills, shovels, haul trucks, and support equipment.

You will work in a hands-on leadership capacity, with regular shop presence, MSHA compliance focus, and coordination with maintenance control and other departments to ensure uptime.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of mobile equipment maintenance experience, preferably in open-pit mining.
• Three to five years in a lead role with supervisory responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of diesel engines, diesel-electric drives, hydraulics, electrical controls, and OEM troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile maintenance team during assigned shifts with clear direction and coaching.
• Oversee maintenance across the production and support fleet.
• Maintain a regular shop and field presence to support employees and resolve equipment issues.
• Prioritize work and coordinate with maintenance control and other departments.
• Manage KPIs, deliverables, and safety compliance including MSHA requirements.
