Job summary

Pronto is seeking a seasoned project delivery leader to deploy autonomous haulage solutions on-site with mining clients across the United States. You will manage field teams, ensure safety, permits, and timely execution while aligning with customer expectations.

This role requires extensive mining background (15+ years) and a track record in technology rollouts. You will be the liaison between customer sites and Pronto HQ, driving training and a smooth handover to operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of mining experience.
• 5–10 years in a leadership role (e.g., Site Superintendent, Maintenance Manager, or Fleet Manager).
• Experience with technology rollouts (autonomy, remote operations, telematics, or machine control).
• University degree in Mining Engineering preferred.
• Location-based requirement: AZ, CA, TX or WY.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to agreed performance metrics and integrate autonomous haulage into the mine's production cycle.
• Lead the local field team, coordinating permitting, scheduling, safety, and performance.
• Act as primary liaison between customer site and Pronto HQ, reporting progress and resolving blockers.
• Oversee handover and training of mine operations on Pronto technology.
