Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Integrated Power Systems Engineer/Technician to design, develop, and deliver robust power solutions for maritime hardware. You will assemble, test, and integrate power components, diagnose issues on the floor, and collaborate with engineering teams to accelerate capabilities.

The role involves thermal management, control software interfacing, and rigorous validation across harsh environments. A U.S. security clearance is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electrical Technology or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years hands-on experience with power electronics and electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with battery packs and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
• Proficiency with standard test equipment (oscilloscopes, meters, supplies).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and integrate power system components into new and existing product lines.
• Test, calibrate, and document performance of power electronics modules.
• Assist in setup and testing of power management systems and data collection.
• Install and troubleshoot cooling solutions for high-power components.
• Perform electrical and mechanical integration with motors, sensors, and control units.
• Bridge electrical hardware with automated control software (PLCs/SCADA/HMI).
• Tune drives (VFDs and motors) for optimal performance and stability.
• Integrate motor, drive, and controller into compact units.
• Execute detailed test plans for performance, safety, and reliability across environments.
• Support EMI/EMC pre-compliance and full tests under supervision.
• Maintain strict safety and compliance with standards and military specs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for build feedback and testing data.
