Job summary

MPAC Healthcare is seeking Licensed Clinicians (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) to deliver senior care with a private-practice mindset, without back-office burdens. You will work on-site with residents, addressing emotional and social needs as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Expect a 40-hour work week focused on clinical care, documentation, and facility communications, with opportunities to lead and grow within a rapidly expanding company dedicated to high-quality elder care.

Qualifications

• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
• Master’s degree and valid LCSW/LMFT/LCPC license for the state.
• Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical services to residents and families.
• Lead as a team member on an interdisciplinary care team.
• Manage your caseload and schedule with salary autonomy.
• Conduct initial assessments and provide psychotherapy for mental health needs.
• Document thoroughly and stay up‑to‑date on Medicare and private plans.
