Job summary

MPAC Healthcare is hiring Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to provide on-site clinical care for residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will work with residents and families, lead on interdisciplinary teams, and manage your caseload with autonomy and support from MPAC.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical field and an active LCSW/LMFT/LPC license in the state of practice.
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
• Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Mental Health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches.
• Experience with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical services to residents in a nursing facility.
• Lead as an active member on an interdisciplinary team addressing residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Manage caseload, schedule, and compensation discussions with leadership.
• Conduct initial assessments and provide psychotherapy for mental health issues.
• Maintain documentation and stay current with Medicare/insurance requirements.
