Job summary

Bohler's Frisco, TX office is seeking a hands-on Project Manager who can oversee complex land development projects from concept through construction. You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client expectations, and ensure design quality, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting align with Bohler's standards.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in civil/site design, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of delivering profitable projects while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development.
• Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff.
• Oversee financial performance, including contracts, invoicing, and change management.
• Present at public hearings, client meetings, and community sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and account growth.
• Promote quality control, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team.
