Job summary

Bohler is seeking a Project Manager in Frisco, TX who will guide complex land development projects from concept through completion. You will lead internal teams, manage client relationships, and ensure design quality, schedule adherence, and financial performance across projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and mentoring of junior staff, with opportunities to influence project strategy and growth for the firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff.
• Oversee contracts, invoicing, and change management.
• Present at public hearings, client meetings, and community sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and account growth.
• Promote quality control, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team.
