Bohler's Frisco, TX office seeks an Assistant Project Manager (Land Development) to join a high‑energy team delivering civil site design and land development solutions. You’ll collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to support delivery, engage clients and municipalities, and mentor junior staff.

The role emphasizes coordination, technical excellence, and leadership to advance Bohler’s reputation while growing professionally in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of site design and jurisdictional permitting experience for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and drainage software (StormCAD, Hydroflow, or HydroCAD).
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• PE license beneficial (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities including scoping, proposals, schedules, and resource planning.
• Oversee preparation of site plan packages including grading, stormwater, utilities, and erosion control.
• Coordinate permitting and entitlement processes with clients, municipalities, and agencies.
• Prepare contracts, change orders, and client invoices while tracking finances.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, contractors, and subconsultants to ensure project success.
• Review concept drawings and cost estimates aligned with client objectives.
• Participate in public hearings, community meetings, and professional organizations.
• Mentor junior staff and share technical knowledge to promote team growth.
