Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Keller, TX is seeking an In-Home Behavior Therapist to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes. You’ll travel locally, manage your caseload autonomously, and build strong family partnerships.

Training is provided with support toward RBT certification, and hours align with 8am–5pm blocks on weekdays. We offer benefits and growth opportunities, including mileage reimbursement, paid training, and opportunities for raises every six months, with guaranteed

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within a designated geographic area for home visits.
• Ability to work independently with supervision as needed.
• Experience with ABA is helpful but not required.
• Comfort with collecting data and implementing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes to provide ABA therapy sessions.
• Manage caseload with an autonomous, accountable approach.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a team to support families and children.
• Prioritize patients during direct therapy sessions and maintain punctuality.
