Optimal Care seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Michigan talent pool, delivering skilled nursing care in patients' homes and hospice settings. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have a state RN license and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, with strong independent judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance coverage.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of patients in home health or hospice settings.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
