Optimal Care is seeking Registered Nurses to join our Southeast Michigan talent pool. You will deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinating with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, comfort, and quality of life.

This high-travel role covers multiple counties across the region, with full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules. A state RN license, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum one year experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes or facilities.
• Develop individualized care plans and coordinate services.
