Job summary

21st Century Home Health Services is seeking a Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist to provide skilled services to patients in their homes across Monterey County—Salinas region. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders in a home health setting, collaborating closely with Case Managers and the interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold a CA Speech Therapist License, BLS/CPR certification, and a valid CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech and language therapy to address breathing, speaking, and swallowing.
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders affecting communication.
• Serve as educator, patient advocate, and member of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collaborate with Case Manager to coordinate patient care.
