Job summary

21st Century Home Health Services in California is seeking a Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy to patients across multiple counties. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, evaluate speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders, and educate patients and families on therapy goals.

Strong preference for CA licensure, BLS/CPR cert, and experience with high acuity patients. Competitive compensation, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License.
Current BLS/CPR Certification.
Knowledge of development and human behavior as it relates to illness/injury; culture in health care.
Experience with high acuity patients is a plus.
Experience working with an interdisciplinary team is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking and swallowing functions.
Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders.
Serve as educator, patient advocate and member of the interdisciplinary care team.
