Job summary

Corewell Health West – Visiting Nurses Team in West-Central Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Home Care division. The role offers autonomy, a flexible schedule, and opportunities to visit 5–7 patients per shift in patients' homes across Newaygo to Gun Lake areas.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing, MI RN license upon hire, and BLS certifications. Full-time schedule with a 40-hour work week and day shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required for RN role.
• Current MI RN license upon hire.
• Driver's license required upon hire in MI.
• BLS certification through AHA required.
• BLS certification through ARC required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment per individualized plan of care.
• Administer medications following regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families and assess learning needs.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to physician.
