Job summary

Corewell Health West's Visiting Nurses Association seeks a Registered Nurse for home care across West-Central Michigan. This full-time role offers autonomy, visits 5–7 patients per shift, and a schedule that includes every fourth weekend and some holidays.

On-call 1–2 days in a 6-week rotation supports flexible, patient-centered care. Home health allows patients to thrive at home; Corewell Health West covers a broad service area from Ludington to Gun Lake, delivering outstanding patient care

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license for the State of Michigan.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (or higher) preferred.
• Driver's license in Michigan required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services and implement the plan of care.
• Educate patients and families and adjust the care plan as needed.
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
