Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Home Care provides skilled nursing, social services and therapies for patients returning home after a hospital stay, outpatient procedures or doctor's visits. Our home care team continues Cleveland Clinic's treatment at home, offering short term intermittent acute care and autonomous nursing in the patient’s home.

As an RN, you will educate patients through a short-term recovery, perform wound care, IV administration and lab draws, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• One year of current experience as an RN.
• One year of experience in an acute Medical/Surgical or Home Care setting.
