Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead one of our busy centres. You will create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for your team and customers while driving four revenue streams: the bar, diner, amusements and bowling.

You’ll be fully accountable for budgets and KPIs, and you’ll receive extensive development and rewards as part of a financially stable, fast-growing organisation. The role requires night and weekend work and a passion for people.

Qualifications

• Hands-on General Manager experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven track record managing budgets.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead centre operations to deliver safe, fun, and vibrant environments for staff and customers.
• Drive financial and commercial performance across bar, diner, amusements, and bowling.
• Be fully accountable for budgets and KPIs and drive profit growth.
• Coach, motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding service.
