Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a centre in the absence of the Centre Manager, ensuring outstanding customer and team experiences across lanes, bar, diner and amusements. You will be trained across all key areas, supported to deliver financial targets, coach large teams, and work nights and weekends as required.

The role is designed to develop you toward General Manager level within 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver on financial targets and drive sales.
• Experience coaching and developing large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead centre operations in the absence of the Centre Manager.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house activities to deliver service targets.
• Inspire and coach team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Support financial performance and ensure safety and compliance.
