Qualifications

• Hands-on General Manager with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing a budget size of at least £1m.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Run one busy centre as General Manager, ensuring a safe, fun environment for staff and customers.
• Drive financial and commercial performance across four revenue streams: bar, diner, amusements and bowling.
• Be fully accountable for delivering budget and KPIs and share in centre profits.
• Coach, lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service that keeps customers returning.
• Support and develop staff through hands-on leadership and training.
