Job summary

HireArt is recruiting Readiness and Response Operators to support vehicle readiness, field recovery, and fleet operations for an autonomous ride-hailing service in Miami. The role involves preparing vehicles for daily service, responding to on-road events, and assisting riders with safety and updates.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, perform detailed inspections, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in fast-paced fleet/logistics or related fields.
Ability to follow complex procedures accurately under urgency.
Comfort using terminal commands, mobile devices, laptops, internal applications, and remote vehicle operation tools.
Valid driver’s license with clean/excellent driving record.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug screen.
Compliance with Substance Abuse Policy and ASTM boot safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed pre-service and post-service readiness checks on vehicles.
Respond to in-field incidents and coordinate safe recovery and repositioning.
Assist riders during recovery events with safe entry/exit and professional updates.
Provide light concierge support at pick-up/drop-off locations.
Troubleshoot system blockers using diagnostic tools and remote input interfaces.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and passenger readiness throughout shifts.
Support vehicle charging and infrastructure across sites.
Document incidents and vehicle status updates in real time.
